Shipping policy

We offer a range of domestic shipping options and our products can be shipped across NZ at an extra cost.

Our orders are shipped through Aramex and in some instances NZ Post via our partners CourierIt and include tracking. Signature on delivery is not included. If you have a preferred courier provider due to known delays in your area, please let us know via email at the time of placing your order.

We ship orders within two days of you placing your order. If you order between Thursday-Sunday, your order will be shipped on a Monday to prevent the parcel being stuck at the courier depot.

Under normal shipping conditions Auckland orders can be expected in 3 business days, North island orders in 4 business days, and South Island in 6 business days. This may vary. Please note that during holiday periods and times of high demand, delays may occur.

We continue to work with our partners to make sure they prioritise our deliveries but this is largely out of our control. 

Our products have been tested to remain safe at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration as it keeps flavours fresh but you can be assured that your products are safe to eat despite any delays that may occur during shipping. Because our products are free of preservatives, we recommend you refrigerate when you receive them. 

Our range of shipping options has been designed with our customers in mind. Our aim is to provide affordable shipping options for orders of all sizes. To reduce shipping costs, we recommend ordering multiple bottles or one of our combo packs.

Courier tickets for orders up to 5kg are:

  • Auckland - $7
  • North Island - $10
  • South Island - $12

If for some reason your order is delayed beyond the timelines mentioned above, do drop us a line. We keep a eye on our parcels too and will reach out if we've heard of any delays that may impact your order.

If your product shows up broken we are happy to send more to replace the broken goods. Please ensure you take a photo of the broken items because we require proof to claim shipping insurance.
