How to use

Make a korma by marinating protein with the paste. Sear your protein, then cover and slow cook, adding yoghurt or coconut milk at the end. Make Malai Tikka by mixing cream cheese, yoghurt & two dollops of korma paste with protein of your choice, bake until tender. Tastes great as a dip or slathered inside a pita too!

Cashew Korma is so delicious! But not only that, it contain no nasties like preservatives and thickeners like shop bought pastes and it saved me so much work. I made it with chicken and lots of vegetables and added some coconut milk.
