Indian Everyday, Spinach Saagwala

The pastes had beautiful flavour and Perzen's relationship with food and mission really resonates with me. Can't recommend enough supporting Dolly Mumma and learning about what authentic Indian food is about!

Amazing

This is restaurant quality in a jar. So delicious with lamb and a little coconut milk, topped with a sprinkling of feta, chopped almonds and fresh coriander. I don't think delicious cooking could get easier than this.

Safe Bet

For all those (Indian cooking novices) making dinner in a hurry, this is a safe bet. To 'lift' the dish, add any greens/baby spinach, spring onions;
dry fenugreek -this herb (kasoori methi) various brands,can be easily found in Indian shops. Use it sparingly.
